I cannot recommend BPS highly enough. From Isabelle in the office to Kristians constant communication with me. Jason, George, Kristian & Corey did an exceptional job working all day relining the pipes (11 metres). Corey came back the next day, filled the hole he had dug, replaced the turf & tidied up. A great local plumbing company, with great service.

I had a great overall experience with Blocked Plumbing Services , Dlyan was the plumber who carried out our Storm Water rectification, communications where great and good explination of work to be carried out, written quote provided quickly and on budget. Photos provided of completed job which was a nice touch.

5star experience using 'Blocked Plumbing Service' for our bathroom renovations. Fantastic communication throughout the entire process from Dylan, Brittney, Rusty and the rest of the team. Everyone was super friendly, kept us informed along the way and ensured we were happy with every decision and detail. Jay and Andrew from 'Best Price Tiling' did an excellent job with the tiling and the final result was completed at a high standard. Highly recommended 'Blocked Plumbing Services' if you are looking for a reliable and friendly team for your next bathroom reno.

What started as a leaking shower, ended up with us using BPS to undertake a complete renovation of our ensuite, main bathroom, and laundry. Through the whole process, Dylan and the team were understanding of our requirements and responsive. Most importantly we are thrilled with the outcome.

Blocked plumbing have become our go to family plumber. All staff from admin to plumbers are extremely friendly and easy to deal with. They are happy to take the take time to ensure your happy with what they are recommending, and if not will listen and talk through options. Its high end service, with a great local team. Wait times are great, and plumbers are prompt and communicate their arrival times. They clean up and ensure everything is great before leaving. We have had our fair share of cowboy plumbers but Blocked truly stand out from the rest.

Blocked Plumbing Services were fantastic from start to finish. The team and admin staff including Isabelle which I mainly corresponded with were honest, communicative and clearly took pride in their workmanship. Kristian was upfront about extra unexpected work needed (including replacing an aged shower screen) and made sure everything was done properly, not just quickly. They went the extra mile to ensure a high-quality result and we are stoked with the outcome. Highly recommend and already planning future drainage work with them. Thanks again!

Dylan came out on very short notice to assess an urgent leak after my real estate took days to organise a work order. Despite it being late in a busy day, he was friendly, professional and proactive. With very little information about the source of the leak, he realigned the laundry pipes to prevent the leak from getting worse and stopped further flooding inside the cupboard under the sink. I really appreciated his initiative and clear notes, which will be helpful for the next plumber to properly fix the issue. Overall, a very positive experience. Highly recommend this business. Admin staff are lovely too.

I would like to thank Blocked Plumbing Services for doing work at my home. Rusty the plumber did a great job he is a very respectful young man and I would recommend him to anyone needing work done. Always on time and I'm very happy with the work that Rusty done and always cleaned up after he finished and removed any rubbish from the work he done.Dylan who gave me a quote was wonderful too and kept in touch with me with the work being done.

Dylan from Blocked Plumbing attended and fixed our leak and we were more than happy with his work. He was pleasant and left the place spotless after he had finished. The company were also very accommodating and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend them if you are looking for a local plumber!
